HSM 330 and HSM 510 are compact CNC High speed milling centers providing a high quality and high precision.

Highly polyvalent and rigid, it can be used for a large application variety whatever for prototyping, small or large production.

Due to the exceptional technical capacities of the machine, all nonproductive time are reduced to their minimum bringing highly productive equipment working for the high precision feld.

Rigid structure

Longer tool life and higher heavy cutting ability.

FEA (Finite Element Analysis) techniques were used to design and build a rigid, structurally balanced machine to insure optimum rigidity and life.

Two linear guideways on X Axis and two guide trucks per guideway.

The Y and Z Axis features two linear guideways with two guide trucks, per guideway.

Rigid, c-frame fixed column design. Spindle carrier, column and base are manufactured from high-quality cast iron, contributing to overall rigidity and machining capabilities.
