Mecolpress

Mecolpress-patented hydraulic presses, suitable for hot forging of standard and special brass or aluminium pieces.

This clamping force is higher than those of traditional mechanical presses. Independent & controlled movements of the ram and punches allow for flash-less hot forging also of complex pieces.

Single or double shape forging using up to 5 independent punches, two of them being adjustable. Switch over to producing a new part occurs in just a few minutes, thanks to a state of the art technical solution, as well as the production control system with automatic discarding of faulty pieces.
